Adults: Take 10 drops (approx. ½ dropper) up to 3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Children: Take 1 drop per 10 lbs of body weight up to 3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare provider.

I haven’t noticed much of a difference. I still have a lingering cough
I purchased this initially for post-infection recovery. Then, when we all were hit with the six-week illness last year, I found that Calm the Storm was the only product that alleviated our dry cough. Following that, I'm convinced that if Calm the Storm is immediately taken when congestion or sore throat is noticed, symptoms generally subside. I'm now purchasing for the second time!
Just starting using it a few days ago but so far it seems to be helping the cough and congestion in my kiddos.
