Adults take 10 drops, approx 1/2 dropper up to 3 times a day if needed or as per the advice of their doctor.
Kids take 1 drop per 10lb of body weight up to 3 times a day if needed or as per the advice of their doctor.
You can take it directly on the tongue or mix with water or tea. Shake well before use.

This product is an absolute game changer. When I say I have tried everything---- I have tried everything-- Medicine and holistic. I struggle with chronic sniffles and "not being able to breathe." I know that me constantly sniffling has to get on peoples nerves-- but I can't blow my nose very much because I get sometimes 2-3 nosebleeds a day! I have been taking this product consistently for 2 months. I will never stop! I can breathe, I very rarely have the sniffles, and I have had one small nose bleed since the beginning of January!
